We are a female founded business
focused on entrepreneurship and equity.
Our brand development process - Revolutionary Growth in Action - is not about fitting in, conforming or tidying up your business into a predetermined ‘market ready’ box. We’re all about blowing up the box to bring to life the unique brand spirit that’s ready to be born.
We believe there is no “one way” to grow your business, and we take an alternative approach to marketing. Whether you’re a small business seeking intentional growth, an entrepreneur looking to build your brand, or a leader ready to own your voice, you’re in the right place.

Actions speak louder than words
BWB is not here to follow the leader. We are here to lead. We believe that business can be a force for exponential good, and has the potential for large scale, radical change. We care about people and the collective, and are reimagining leadership and business to create an economy of care.
We invite you to learn more about our commitments:
BWB’s Partner Up Project. Learn more about our annual scholarship that offers one emerging entrepreneur up to $20,000 in services to take their business from idea to reality.
The 3% equity fund. Each year BWB donates 3% of our total proceeds to BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ organizations and initiatives. To date, we’ve used these funds to work with an anti–gun violence organization in the Bay Area, a community nonprofit in Washington D.C., to fund a scholarship for a trans yoga retreat, and to provide access to BWB community programs.
We go beyond compliance to truly center accessibility in design. This is an evolving area of growth where there is continual room for learning and improvement as new understandings and technologies emerge. We believe accessibility is our responsibility as creators, and a mandate in business.
BWB has partnered with accessiBe, the market leader in web accessibility, to make the websites we build more accessible. accessiBe promotes accessibility in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Revolution & Growth is our community program, giving our clients access to foundational BWB work in an intimate group setting at a lower price point than individual packages.
Equity pricing tiers for all community offerings, including training, workshops, and retreats, and payment plan options for all 1:1 work. Our community programs also have scholarship options available, which are prioritized for 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks.
We subsidize the cost of ongoing education such as skill building, personal and professional development opportunities to bring more access to folks in our community.
Client and community agreements. All of our project contracts and group programs start from a foundation of collective agreements. We co-create agreements to decentralize power, and create intentional, brave space together.
We have developed a partnership with Tristan Katz, a writer, educator and consultant who specializes in trans and queer inclusion and marketing. Since 2021, Tristan has led BWB clients and community members through a series of equity-focused training programs.
All of our classes, virtual sessions and workshops offer closed captioning, recordings, and full permissions to attend to individual needs. For example, parents and caregivers are welcome to have those they care for as part of the experience.
We consider varied learning and communications styles in our creative processes and programs and use multimedia tools such as visual notes, loom videos, voice memos, and graphic facilitation that enhance access.
We all make assumptions. These are some of ours.
You are not your brand. Your brand is not you.

YOU HAVE CHOICE
SOCIAL LOCATIONS IMPACT HOW WE MOVE THROUGH THE WORLD & BUILD OUR BUSINESSES
More representation leads to diversity of thinking, more potent creativity, more balanced communication, and ultimately new and improved ways of doing business.
You Do Not Have to Be on Social Media to Be Successful
Social media is a tool. A hammer is also a tool. Does a hammer alone build your house?
You have to unpack before you package up
IDENTITY IS THE FOUNDATION OF CREATIVE PROCESS
BWB is reimagining brand identity work; we’re putting identity squarely into brand identity work.
Business is a
devotional practice
QUESTIONS LEAD TO TRANSFORMATION, LIBERATION & REVOLUTION
In a world that praises answers, the act of holding a question is an act of resistance, presence and devotion.
WE ARE CONDITIONED TO CENTER
CIS-HETERONORMATIVITY
& WHITENESS
WHEN ONE OF US RISES, ALL OF US RISE
This is our rally cry as we commit to the life long journey of dismantling systemic oppression, and white supremacy. This work is never about one person, it is always about the collective liberation of all people.

UPHOLD THE STATUS QUO
“As Elizabeth Gilbert wrote in Big Magic, ‘The universe buries strange jewels deep within us all, and then stands back to see if we can find them.’ Not only has the amazing, ongoing work with BWB starting in 2022 helped unearth Slo Breathworks' jewels, but now this brilliant website lets them glimmer oh-so brightly.”
