BWB’s Partner Up Project takes our mission further by offering one emerging entrepreneur the opportunity to go from idea to reality. 

As a female-founded, partner led, and self proclaimed feminist business, BWB is committed to building an economy of care and supporting businesses and entrepreneurs with a little revolution in their hearts. 

Since 2019, BWB has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs and companies re-imagining business as a devotional practice and force for good, and has provided $30,000 in funding to clients as part of our 3% fund. These funds have provided resources and coaching to elevate the artists, activists, storytellers and leaders that help us heal ourselves, each other and the marketplace. 

We have worked with countless business owners and leaders to set the foundation for their businesses through coaching, strategy, and design.

With active imagination and grounded business acumen, generosity of spirit and unwavering drive, a love of experimentation and a sharpening understanding of how to leverage privilege—and with the full trust in the deep bond they share—BWB co-owners Casey Carroll and Cait Fitzpatrick embody the vitality and limitless potential that can be found when we partner up. 

Through this, BWB has become a living model of the power of partnership for many, and demonstrates that when we work together, and refuse to sacrifice our values or ourselves, even early-stage businesses and ideas can make a big impact and live the future we dream of now.
