BWB's Power of the Enneagram 7️⃣

Tomorrow is the Enneagram for Entrepreneurs workshop, which has us thinking a lot about the power of the main type that guides BWB - 7 - The Enthusiastic Visionary.

All types have primary motivations, qualities, and characteristics. Here's what BWB's 7 helps us lead with:

  • optimism and adventure: exploring new territories and experiences with joy and pleasure

  • creativity and practicality: balancing vision with what is possible 

  • flexibility and adaptability: seeking options and shifting easily in the face of change

  • future-oriented: anticipating and creating exciting futures

Could any of the above help you realize your business goals as we close out 2024 and look toward 2025? Here are a few recent projects that were not heavy lifts, but have had a big impact:

  • a brand refresh to visually elevate a company's offering, showcasing their true value and what they are capable of providing to clients (two months from concepts to website launch!)

  • one-page website landing page to bring legitimacy to a budding business (under one month from start to finish)

  • bringing brand consistency to an organization in advance of a big networking event (three weeks from concepts to new branding, including the logo!)

See that flexibility, creativity, and practicality coming through? Not every person/business has to be a 7 to bring their visions to life, but it sure can help to have one on your team.
