Hello friends,
Can you BELIEVE it is already October?! As the season shifts, and the weather begins to change, we are holding questions around what this past year has brought, and how we want to show up for ourselves and each other right now, while deep in the inquiry around future growth and preparing for what 2025 may bring.
In client conversations this week, we've focused on:
supporting a newly formed business partnership to explore their individual and shared identities, roles and responsibilities, and the relationships they hold with their business
facilitating listening sessions with long-term business—and life—partners to write a new narrative for their 40-year old, family-owned mortgage company to set them up for their next decades of business
helping a long-standing client build a 2025 growth plan centered on community partnerships, aligning with the seasons, and minimizing social media marketing
guiding a client in the process of successfully identifying and onboarding new team members and hires, including a search for a new Executive Assistant
Partnership themes show up in a variety of ways in our work and continue to stand out as one of BWB's strongest strengths and specialities.
As you know if you have been following our newsletters, we've been talking a LOT about the Enneagram these days - with clients, friends, family (and literally anyone that will listen). And yes, this is definitely a key tool in our partnership wheelhouse! In our work with Maren Gauldin over the past year, we've taken time to look at how understanding our own Enneagram type can help us navigate the world around us.
Listen to our conversation with Maren on the Questions to Hold podcast episode and read on to join our upcoming workshop in a few weeks.
Sending you lots of love,
C & C

We are incredibly proud of what we've accomplished so far and are grateful to all of you for the support you've provided to us.
Last week, we took a trip down memory lane to look at the beautiful creative work we've built over the years. We've always wanted to create something with the "cutting room floor" designs that are no less fabulous and yet: don't make the final cut. Soon we will be sharing a sample of our favorites with you. Stay tuned for BWB postcards coming your way soon.
