Spring dreamin’

Hello friends!

It looked realllllll sunny outside this morning, but the temperature turned out to still be "dead of winter." However, as the Spring energy continues to build, we are planting lots of seeds, and have been loving where it has been taking us.

Here are some of this week's highlights:

  • We finally met one of our long time clients in person! We visited their office, had a beautiful lunch, and a great discussion around building trust in a world that often centers social/digital connection (among many other things!).

  • The BWB summer retreat is official! We are so pumped for our Lead with Questions experience this coming July 13 to 16 at Raven Crest herbal farm and apothecary in Berne, NY.

  • We've put the final touches on a couple upcoming workshops, including an event in Troy in April, and one in Norwalk in June! Keep your eye here for the details to get announced in the coming weeks.

  • Our third cohort of Revolution & Growth wraps tomorrow, and we're so amazed by the depth and progress achieved in two short weeks. It's a true testament to what happens when you give yourself the time needed, show up for each other, and ask the right questions to intentionally grow your business.

  • The next Revolution & Growth cohort will launch later this spring, but if you're ready to dig in deeper now, check out the Living with Practice training we have kicking off next week. Tristan Katz will be leading us through 10-weeks of not to miss content going deeper into identity, gender and sexuality, solidarity and justice-oriented marketing. Join us!

As always, BWB continues to hold the bigger question around what it means to build a feminist business. Check out the recording below to learn more about the practice of holding questions.

We are hosting a Lead with Questions retreat at the intersection of leadership, connection, critical inquiry, dreaming, and rest. It will be taking place this July 13th to 16th at Raven Crest in Berne, New York.

This is about flipping the script on the dominant notion of leaders as "those with the answers." We affirm those who ask, hold, and live into the questions as our guides into the present and future. During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to lay down the many leading roles you hold, so you may lovingly be with yourself from a place of choice and curiosity.

For four days and three nights, we will explore the power of questions to transform ourselves and our industries, and build skills to become transformative questioners.

Our intention is to hold an expansive and visionary space about business, leadership, and our capacity to shape change together. We will luxuriate in time and space, and be given ample room and full permission to lean into our biggest (and smallest) questions - with no answers required.

To learn more, visit our retreat page, and apply to join us!
