Looking to the Sky for Direction 💫
This past month we spent a good amount of time in Colorado. We visited with clients and collaborators. We went on site visits and inspiring immersions, and met up over tacos to plan for our fall Deep Rest Retreat.
Most of all, we got a chance to remember how big the sky is out West, and how transformative rest can be for moving through these times of change and uncertainty.
In a recent podcast episode, we sat down with astrologer, Jocelin Martinez, for a spirited conversation exploring the power and potential of astrology to better understand who we are, what we are, and how what’s happening in the sky can give us direction in our lives on Earth. We were most certainly ruminating on all this as we starred up at that big mountain sky.
One of the biggest themes we've been talking about is clarity, and how hard it can feel to have clarity when things are just generally unclear. Even in a time of the unknown, we can move forward with clarity
Our clients are doubling down on these ideas through our coaching relationships, and are committing to everything from deeper internal clarity and alignment in the way they lead their organizations to investing and instituting downright groundbreaking acts of accessibility and transparency.
What tools are you leveraging to find clarity? Have you looked to the sky for direction lately?
If you want support, we have room for two new coaching clients, and one new project this summer. We'd love to be on the journey with you.
With love and wonder,
C & C

Join us for a spirited conversation with Jocelin Martinez, where we explore the power and potential of astrology to better understand who we are, what we are, and how what’s happening in the sky can give us direction in our lives on Earth:
Jocelin Martinez is a seasoned communications trainer and astrologer. Jocelin has facilitated thousands of successful sessions, providing expert advice on messaging and presentation skills to clients across industries like home and luxury goods, healthcare, beauty, and entertainment. She considered her 15-year career successful, but a meeting with an astrologer in 2016 introduced a new perspective and another professional practice.
Her childhood curiosity with astrology began with Walter Mercado’s captivating television appearances, a must-watch in her household. Though she later enjoyed reading her horoscope, she remained unaware of astrology’s depth until that pivotal meeting at a friend’s party. The subsequent invitation to attend a weekly astrology meeting sparked a profound transformation in her. She now utilizes modern and Hellenistic predictive techniques to help clients navigate life’s ebbs and flows…and their key messages. Jocelin often says, "I don't ‘believe’ in astrology. I have an astrology practice because it works.”
What becomes possible when we allow ourselves to wonder?
In a deeply concerning climate, where action and leadership is needed more than ever, our nervous systems and to-do lists can get overwhelmed by the needs of the time. We rarely, if ever, prioritize ourselves and our needs for dreaming, questioning, and truly seeing the possibilities in front of us.
October 1st - 5th, we will gather in the Catskill mountains as an act of resistance, presence, and devotion. Supported by practices in the realms of inquiry, creativity, spiritual growth, and mindfulness, our intention is to hold an expansive container to shape change together.
We will luxuriate in time and space, and be given ample room and full permission to lean into the unknown.
