Hello friends!

We are honoring Black History Month by learning about the past, and by celebrating the organizations and individuals that are uplifting all of us. One of those is Right at Home of Essex County, a client we've had the pleasure of working with for the last few years.

We're celebrating Right at Home of Essex County's 20 years in business this year, and all the work they've done to support their community for the last two decades. Cheers to co-owners Maeghan Scott and Melodie Toby on your major milestone and thank you for being the amazing community champions and leaders that you are - we learn from you every day.

At BWB, our February has been all about rejuvenation. We've slowed down enough to realize that we are...tired. Since the end of last year, we have been go-go-going and so we're prioritizing rest and planting the seeds for a fruitful Spring.

Right now, we are deep in retreat planning mode and saying a prayer that late April's weather is going to be just what we need to build and create. Join us in New Canaan, New York from April 25th-29th at Ellingwood Farm. We'll be (continuing to) slow down and give ourselves the time to focus on the creative projects calling for attention.

We have been describing the experience as "artist residency meets group retreat." There will be a sound bath, group Reiki session, Enneagram workshop, and amazing food. The rest of the time will be spent however you want; focusing on your individual creative process and project, and getting feedback from the group, as you need/want/name. However, there will also be time relaxation and rest in the forms of naps, massages, or a nice bubble bath.

The group will be limited to a total of six folks, and we have two privates room still available. The cost of the retreat is $3,000 and includes meals, lodging and group workshops for four days and three nights. Reach out for more details.
